We’ll explore more than 100 yogic techniques together. You’ll discover the technique that works best for you and you’ll master it so you can use it under any condition. You’ll also learn how to intentionally direct the body and mind to promote healing and wellbeing.
This is part of the full year, Living Yoga program. You can participate in this stand-alone program for $450.
